Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. Egg Beaters
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. light brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend oil and sugar. Stir in Egg Beaters. Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt together and combine with egg mix. Add in vanilla and walnuts to batter. Spread in an oiled 8"x8"x2" pan. Bake for 25 min. Don't OVERBAKE. Cold slightly and cut into squares.
