Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef, buffalo or venison
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 medium green peppers, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 16 oz bags of frozen butternut squash
  • 3 small potatoes, diced
  • 2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes (with juice)
  • 1 16 oz bag of frozen yellow squash and zucchini
  • 1 Tbsp of low sodium salt seasoning salt*
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
