1 c. skim lowfat milk
1/3 c. instant dry lowfat milk pwdr
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon liquid sugar substitute
1 tbsp. unsweetened chocoalte
5 to 6 ice cubes
Directions
Use fresh strawberries instead of chocolate (to taste).
