Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 apples (or possibly more), sliced
  • 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar or possibly honey
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Put sliced apples in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with raisins and water. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle proportionately over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min, or possibly till apples are soft. Serve hot or possibly cool, plain or possibly with a topping.
