Ingredients

  • 6 pork hocks
  • 2 pork chops
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 8 whole allspice
  • Bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Cover with cool water. Boil - skim - simmer 2 hrs. Cold. Cut meat in small pcs. Strain liquid. Add in 1/2 c. vinegar. Mix with meat. put in bread pan.
