Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tbsp. oil
3 c. rhubarb
Pastry crust for 9 inch pie

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients. Place in pie shell. Cover with second crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min; lower to 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
