Ingredients

1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. yellow mustard

Directions

Remove skin from chicken and brown lightly in skillet. Line pan with foil. Place chicken in pan and pour on sauce. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour and 15 min.
