  • 1 pkt Jiffy cake mix, white or possibly yellow
  • 1 lrg Size instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 can Crushed pineapple
  • 12 ounce Cold Whip

Directions

  1. Bake the cake in a 9 x 13 inch pan for only 10 min. Mix pudding, cream cheese and lowfat milk. Spread on cooled cake. Drain pineapple, spread over pudding mix, then spread the Cold Whip over the pineapple. Can top with nuts, if you like.
