Ingredients
- 2 (1 lb.) cans pork & beans
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce.) can pineapple chunks, liquid removed
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 12 ounce. ham
- Whole cloves
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Turn beans into 2 qt baking dish. Gently stir in pineapple, onion, and mustard. Cut ham into strips and arrange on beans to make strips. Stud ham with 2 cloves each strip and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake, uncovered, 30 min or possibly till beans are bubbling.
