Ingredients
- 3/4 pound shrimp or possibly crabmeat
- 2/3 c. green onions, diced
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated Mozzarella or possibly American cheese
- 1 loaf French bread
Directions
- Mix seafood, green onions and mayonnaise. Cut French bread lengthwise. Spread mix over bread. Top with cheese. Place under broiler till cheese melts. It is so-o-o good!
