- In small bowl, combine flour, oil, lowfat milk and oatmeal. Stirring till well blended. Press onto bottom and sides on 9 inch pie pan. Combine sugar, cinnamon, flour, vanilla and water with fruit. Arrange in crust. Mix topping to create crumbs. Sprinkle on fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
