Hasty Tasty Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound grnd beef 1 egg 1 slice whole wheat bread Pepper

Salt, if you like (we use none) A splash of garlic granules or possibly pwdr A slug of catsup (1/4 c.)

Directions

1. Top with catsup. Bake 45 min or possibly so at 350 degrees. (Recipe makes great meatballs. Use 1/4 c. mix per meatball.)
