.%20Now%20slice%20potatoes%20like%20the%20photo%20above%20roughly%20%C2%BC%20inch%20apart,%20if%20you%E2%80%99re%20good%20with%20your%20knife%20skills%20you%20can%20cut%20even%20thinner%20slices.%20Once%20finished%20with%20one%20place%20potato%20in%20a%20bowl%20filled%20with%20water,%20continue%20with%20the%20remaining%20potatoes.%20Rinse%20potatoes%20while%20gently%20opening%20the%20slices%20to%20get%20rid%20of%20excess%20starch.%20Pat%20then%20dry%20with%20a%20thick%20paper%20towel,%20try%20to%20wipe%20the%20middle%20of%20the%20slices%20as%20well.%20It%20will%20bake%20well%20if%20it%E2%80%99s%20totally%20dry%20of%20water.%20Place%20potatoes%20cut%20side%20up%20in%20a%20baking%20tray%20then%20drizzle%20melted%20butter%20on%20top%20making%20sure%20the%20butter%20goes%20inside%20those%20slices.%20Season%20with%20salt%20and%20freshly%20ground%20black%20pepper.%20Place%20in%20a%20220c%20preheated%20oven%20then%20bake%20for%2040%20minutes.%20In%20a%20small%20bowl%20mix%20together%20bread%20crumbs%20and%20Parmesan%20cheese.%20Remove%20from%20oven%20and%20sprinkle%20the%20bread%20crumb%20mixture%20on%20top,%20drizzle%20some%20of%20the%20melted%20butter%20from%20the%20baking%20tray%20again%20on%20top%20and%20crevices%20of%20the%20spuds%20then%20place%20it%20back%20into%20the%20oven%20and%20bake%20for%2020%20more%20minutes.%20Remove%20from%20oven,%20garnish%20with%20chopped%20parsley%20then%20serve.%20%203.2.2925%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
