Ingredients
2 lbs. frzn hashbrowns, shredded
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 pt. lowfat sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 c. onion, minced
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hrs at 350 degrees. 10 min before removing from oven, top with French fried onions.
