Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. frzn hashbrowns, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 c. onion, minced

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hrs at 350 degrees. 10 min before removing from oven, top with French fried onions.
