Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce.) c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 (1 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
  • 2 c. sharp cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. Add in potatoes. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour mix in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 min more or possibly till cheese is melted.
