Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frzn hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 10 ounce. grated sharp cheese
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions
- Mix all ingredients (except butter and crushed corn flakes) in a greased casserole dish (9x13 size). Mix 2 c. crushed corn flakes with melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
