  • 2 lbs. frzn hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
  • 10 ounce. grated sharp cheese
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients (except butter and crushed corn flakes) in a greased casserole dish (9x13 size). Mix 2 c. crushed corn flakes with melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
