Ingredients
- 2 pound bag hashbrowns
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. onion minced or possibly instant
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish. Top with paprika and more cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
