Ingredients
- 1 box Ore Ida frzn hash browns, pkg. of 4 squares
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 box or possibly pkg. instant brown or possibly home style gravy
- 3/4 to 1 c. water
Directions
- Heat butter in skillet, add in hash brown squares. Medium heat and cover skillet while cooking. Thoroughly brow and cook hash browns. Mix gravy with water and add in to skillet. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 45 min and stir occasionally to keep from sticking.
- Makes a good (and unusual side dish).
