Directions

  1. Grease a 9x12 inch baking pan and place hash browns in pan. In saucepan, put in the 3/4 stick of butter and can of chicken soup. Heat till smooth, then smooth lowfat sour cream over hash browns and then pour on top the butter and soup mix, the mix, cheese and crushed corn flakes and butter together and spread on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
