Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pound bag frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2 cans potato soup
  • 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 c. crushed potato chips
  • Dash paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup, lowfat sour cream, onions, salt, lowfat milk and pepper; stir till blended. Add in thawed hash brown potatoes; mix well. Turn mix into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with potato chips and grated cheese and paprika on top. Bake 1 1/2 hrs till brown on top. Serves 8-10 people.
