- 2 pound pkg. frzn hash browns (thawed)
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. minced onion
Directions
- Mix ingredients in bowl. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
