Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. frzn hash brown potatoes or possibly potatoes O'Brien, thawed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 pound grated cheese (reserve some for top)
  • Crushed Corn Flakes
  • Melted butter

Directions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together and place in casserole. Cover with corn flakes which have been coated with melted butter and reserve cheese. Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly.
