Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 32 ounce. frzn hash browns
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. shredded cheddar
Directions
- Heat butter in 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish. Mix frzn potatoes and rest of ingredients together. Pour into Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir once or possibly twice while cooking. Serves: 8 to 10.
