  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 (32 ounce.) bag frzn hash browns
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick melted butter (reserve 3 tbsp. to mix with 1 c. crushed corn flakes for topping)

Directions

  1. Thaw hash browns and add in melted butter (5 Tbsp.), lowfat sour cream, soup, cheese and onion. Top with corn flakes and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
