- 1 pound frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 pound bulk sausage, browned and liquid removed
- 6 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Bake at 325 to 350 degrees in 9x13 inch pan. Cover with foil the first 45 min and 15 min uncovered.
