Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (for 2 layer cakes)
- 1 pkg. (3 3/4 ounce) vanilla instant pudding
- 1 c. oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 c. vodka
- 1/4 c. galliano
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- Powdered sugar (if you like)
Directions
- Put together cake mix, pudding mix, oil, large eggs, vodka, galliano and orange juice. Beat above ingredients for 4 min. Pour into greased bundt pan (or possibly angel food cake pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min. Cool 1/2 hour. Remove from pan and glaze with powdered sugar if you like.
