Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix (2 layer)
- 1 box (3.75 ounce) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 c. Galliano
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- Harvey Wallbanger Glaze or possibly Broiled Frosting or possibly Powdered sugar
- 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 T Galliano
- 1 T orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vodka
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put together all ingredients and beat with electric mixer for 5 min at medium speed. Pour batter into greased and lightly floured Bundt pan or possibly a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 45 min or possibly till done.If using Bundt pan cool for about 10 min before turning out on rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or possibly glaze while warm. For 9 x 13 inch cake top with Broiled Frosting or possibly Glaze. Makes 16-20 servings.
- Put together ingredients and drizzle over cake while it is still warm.
