Ingredients
- 1 pkt Orange cake mix
- 1 pkt (3.75-ounce) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 1/2 c. Galliano
- 2 Tbsp. Vodka
- 1 c. Powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Galliano
- 1 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 1 tsp Vodka
Directions
- In large bowl combine cake & pudding mixes, add in Large eggs, oil, orange juice, Galliano & vodka. Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute. Beat at medium speed for 5 min. Scrape bowl often. Pour into greased & floured Bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 for 45 min. Cold in pan 10 min, remove from pan & pour on glaze while cake is still hot.
