Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 4 leaves of fresh spinach
- 4 leaves red leaf lettuce
- 4 leaves Romaine
- 2 Large eggs, hard boiled
- 1 green onion (all of it)
- 2 avocados
- 1 pound turkey
- 1/2 pound cheese
Directions
- Wash and tear lettuce into bite size pcs. Place in salad bowl. Cut up tomatoes, Large eggs, onion, avocados, turkey, and cheese; mix or possibly toss all together. Top with favorite dressing.
- NOTE: The greener the leaf the more vitamins.
