Ingredients

  • Here is the recipe (makes 5 piggies) **or you can use your leftover baked mooncakes dough
  • 150g Hong Kong flour
  • 90g Sugar syrup/golden syrup
  • 3g Alkaline water
  • 38g Peanut oil
  • Tools
  • a round 1/8 teaspoon, a skewer, a toothpick and a small plastic sheet.
  • Black beans for eyes
  • Egg wash ~ one egg yolk with 1/2 tsp water, pass through a sift and mix with little egg yellow colouring
