Ingredients

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Oil
  • 1 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 5 1/2 x -(up to)
  • 6 c. Flour
  • 1 x -(up to)
  • 2 jar (small) baked good filling (apricot, prune, cherry, poppyseed, etc.)

Directions

  1. Mix together Large eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Add in baking pwdr and flour.
  2. Knead till smooth. Roll out very thin (1/8 inch if you can) on a floured board. Cut out circles with a drinking glass. Put a dollop of filling in the center of each circle. Mix in three sides over the filling to make a triangle with filling showing in the center. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min on a greased cookie sheet.
