Ingredients
- 1 x # grnd beef
- 1 x onion, minced
- 1 x 15 ounce. can diced tomatoes
- Â Â salt and pepper to taste
- Â Â oregano (I used grnd)
- 2 x bay leaves
- 3/4 x - 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 x - 1/2 pkg. broad noodles, boiled
Directions
- Brown beef and onion. Drain grease. Add in tomatoes,salt, pepper, bay leaves, and sprinkle with oregano. Let simmer for 10 min, at least. Then add in cheese and heat. Then add in noodles. Stir, and bake at 350 for about 30 min.
- Serves 4 really well, and maybe 6 ifyou're not really hungry and have several sides.
