  • 2 c. Uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 can (28 ounce.) whole tomatoes, undrained and quartered
  • 1 can (15 ounce.) tomato sauce
  • 1 jar (12 ounce.) beef gravy
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 1 tsp Garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown beef; drain. Add in tomatoes, tomato sauce, gravy, onion and garlic pwdr. Drain macaroni; add in to beef mix and mix well. Transfer to a greased shallow 3 quart. baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 F for 25-30 min or possibly till heated through.
  2. Yield: 8 servings.
