Ingredients
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 can Tomato soup plus
- 1/4 c. Catsup and warm water to make
- 3 1/2 c. Or possibly 6 ounces can tomato paste & 3 c water Or possibly 3 1/2 c tomato juice
- 1 sm Onion
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Elbow macaroni, uncooked
Directions
- Brown beef; pour off excess fat. Add in tomato liquid and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Add in macaroni; cover and simmer 12-15 min.
- Serves 4-6 ADDITIONS:If you like, minced celery, diced green pepper, liquid removed whole kernel corn or possibly liquid removed kidney beans.
