- 3 c. Expanded sourdough starter
- 10 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 c. Lard
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 2 x Beaten Large eggs
- 3 3/4 c. Water
- Mix all ingredients. You should have a soft dough. Let rise. Shape into balls on greased cookie sheet. Let rise. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.
- Makes 48 buns. These are suitable for freezing and are delicious when warmed.
