  • 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 large oven roasting bag
  • 2 medium-size Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cups apple juice
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 boneless fully cooked ham (3 lbs.)

Directions

  1. Put flour in oven roasting bag and shake to coat.
  2. Place bag in a 13 x 9 roasting pan.
  3. Add chopped apples, apple juice, brown sugar and cinnamon in bag and mix to combine. Put ham in bag and close. Cut six ½-inch slits in top of bag.
  4. Bake at 325° for 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 140°.
  5. Remove ham from bag and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle some of the apple mixture on sliced ham and serve the rest on the side.
