Ingredients

  • 2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
  • Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste
  • 1 c. thinly sliced onion
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 (1 to 1 1/2 lb.) boneless ham steak
  • 2 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Arrange potato slices on bottom of dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with onions, sprinkle with thyme. Top with ham. Pour lowfat milk over all. Cover and bake for 1 hour or possibly till potatoes are tender. Serve.
