Directions

  1. Cook chicken breasts, remove bones. Slice into large chunks. In shallow buttered baking dish layer first chicken, then ham, then cheese. Heat butter in saucepan. Stir in onion till soft, blend in flour, add in lowfat milk carefully. Add in seasoning.
  2. Cook stirring till smooth. Beat egg and cream together, add in to sauce cooking a few min more. Spread over meat in the casserole dish. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 min.
