  • 1 layer bread
  • 1 layer Velveeta cheese, diced
  • 1 layer ham, diced
  • 1 layer bread
  • 1 doz. Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. I used 2 pkgs. of Plumrose ham. Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Put down 1 layer of bread, ham and cheese, and top with 1 layer of bread. Pour Large eggs mixed with lowfat milk over the top. Chill overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
