Ingredients

  • 2 x Pie crusts, unbaked
  • 1 c. Ham, cooked, minced
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated or possibly thin slices
  • 1 pkt 10-ounce. froz. choppd broccoli Vidalia onion, minced, to taste
  • 1 sm Can minced mushrooms, liquid removed (or possibly small jar)
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk Salt Pepper

Directions

  1. Cook broccoli accdg. to directions, drain and pour in bowl. Add in remaining ingredients except pie crusts. Mix well. Pour into both pie crusts. Bake at 375 for about 50 mins.
