  • Ingredients 1 (7-ounce) package spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup (8-ounces) HORMEL® CURE 81® Ham, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Classic Young Turkey Breast , chopped and cooked
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. 1. Directions Heat oven to 350°F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. In large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté green onion and mushrooms in butter until tender. Add ham and turkey; toss gently. In bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, celery salt, and black pepper. Add spaghetti and meat mixture; toss gently. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking pan. Cover. Bake 45 minutes. Uncover. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer.
