Ingredients

  • 1 x Minced large onion
  • 1/2 c. Minced red/green pepper
  • 1/2 lb Ham diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 4 med Potatoes peeled diced
  • 1 can (13.75-ounce) chicken broth
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 ct (10.5-ounce) cheese Snack cool pack product
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd white pepper Parsley

Directions

  1. Saute/fry first 3 ingredients in margarine in saucepan. Add in potatoes and broth.
  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. COver; simmer 15 min or possibly till potatoes are tender. Stir in lowfat milk, cheese snack, and pepper/ Cook over low heat till cheese snack is melted and chowder is warm, stirring occasionally.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley.
