Directions

  1. Cook sugar and lowfat milk in a sauce pot over medium heat to just under the soft-ball stage, to 230 degrees. Remove from fire and add in tahini and vanilla but don't fold in immediately. Let it cold about 2 min. Beat with paddle or possibly spoon for a few seconds and pour quickly into a buttered pan.
  2. NOTES : Sesame tahini goes into this candy recipe to make a delicious variation of fudge.
