Ingredients
- 2 pound haddock
- 1/2 pound shrimp, uncooked, peeled and deveined
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) cream of shrimp soup
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Directions
- Place haddock in greased 13 x 9 x baking dish; spread with soup. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.
- Combine butter and remaining ingredients. Place uncooked shrimp over haddock and sprinkle crumb mix over fish and shrimp. Bake an additional 10 to 15 min.
- Serves 6.
