Ingredients
- 2 pound fresh or possibly frzn haddock fillets
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed cream of potato soup
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn cooked shrimp
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
Directions
- Place fish in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Heat soup and lowfat milk. Stir in shrimp. Spread over fish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min uncovered. Combine remaining ingredients except crumbs; fold in crumbs. Sprinkle over fish. Bake 10 min more. Serves 6-8.
