Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. haddock fillets
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. sherry
- Paprika
Directions
- Cut fish into serving pcs and arrange in baking dish. Mix soup, cheese, and sherry and spread on fish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake in 375 degree oven about 25 min or possibly till fish flakes. Serves 4-6.
