Directions

  1. Saute/fry onions, bell peppers till soft. Add in garlic and okra. Cook till okra is not stringy. Add in Ro-Tel tomatoes and tomato sauce. May add in a little water (not too much as shrimp will put out water). Add in brown gravy and cook about 15-20 min.
  2. Add in shrimp and cook about 10 min. Add in crabmeat, salt and pepper, thyme, basil and grnd bay leaves. Cook about 15-20 min more. Serve over noodles. Serves 6-8.
