Directions

  1. Prepare pie filling:Whip cream till stiff, adding sugar slowly.
  2. Beat cream cheese till soft and fluffy.
  3. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese.
  4. Pour mix into prepared and baked crust and refrigeratefor 2 hrs or possibly till hard.
  5. Prepare pie topping:Bring guava concentrate to a boil.
  6. Combine water with cornstarch and stir into guava concentrate.
  7. Cook over low heat till mix turns thick and clear. Cold.
  8. Spread topping over pie.
  9. NOTES : You could substitute guava juice with any juice concentrate.
