Directions

  1. Cover 4 dinner plates with salad greens, then with alfalfa sprouts. Place avocado, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper in food processor bowl and process with metal blade till smooth. Spread on top of alfalfa sprouts. Put a round of green pepper on each plate; place shrimp in center of round. Garnish each salad with handful of crushed Fritos. Serves 4.
