Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1 lg. onion, diced fine
- 2 1/2 c. V-8 juice
- 2 c. frzn cauliflower, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In large skillet, fry turkey and onions till onions are clear. Add in seasoning and V-8 juice. Bring to rolling boil. add in cauliflower; cook till cauliflower is tender. Serve. Chili pwdr may be added, if you wish. This dish may be frzn for future use.
